Work

  • Work busyness continues. Managed to get 4 months of work out the door on Thursday. That came with a couple hours of relief, before things started piling up again.

Personal Dev

  • Trying out both ddev and devcontainers for local work. No strong feelings yet, but they seems cool.
  • Thinking about some smaller projects and how it would be nice to build something without frameworks. In anticipation of that, I started working on a PHP router. Still need to add some kind of support for middleware, but other than that it's working.

Media

  • Was browsing through Eli Beaton's website and followed a link to the HUMAN ERROR CLUB song EXCUSE ME, NO. I had never heard of them before, but have been listening to their first album all weekend.
  • Also saw there's a new Mountain Goats album out in August, and pre-ordered that.
  • Two great album covers as well.
